On the most recent episode of The Extreme Life of Matt Hardy podcast, the wrestler offered an apology for the 2011 posting of an apparent suicide note on his YouTube channel (per Fightful). The post was meant to be an indication of a new career transition for Hardy but definitively did not land in the way he had initially intended.
Hardy began by saying that he “100%” understands why people were upset by the video and that it was “a mistake” to upload it in the first place.
